With professional knowledge of canine behaviour and body language, I understand that dogs do not all cope with new environments in the same way. Your dog will be given the time and space they need to settle without being pressured.

The safety and wellbeing of every dog in our home are extremely important to us. We only board dogs who are suitable for our home environment and compatible with the other dogs staying with us.
Before confirming a booking, we arrange an introductory meeting and settling-in trial. This gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog, discuss their routine and make sure they feel comfortable with us.
We will ask about:
Their personality and behaviour
Their usual walking and feeding routine
Their health and medication
Their experience with other dogs
Any fears, anxieties or sensitivities
Their sleeping arrangements
Their training and recall
What helps them feel happy and secure
Health and Boarding Requirements
To protect every dog in our care, all boarding guests must:
Be fully vaccinated, with an up-to-date vaccination record
Receive regular flea and worming treatments recommended by their veterinary practice
Be in good general health and free from contagious illness
Have valid pet insurance
Be registered with a veterinary practice
Complete a successful introductory meeting and 48 hour settling-in trial
Copies of vaccination records and relevant health information must be provided before your dog’s stay. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medication or additional care requirements when making your enquiry.
